300 brightness vs. 400 brightness

obviously one is brighter than the other but how much of a difference in brightness would there be and would it be worth the extra like 30 bucks for the brighter monitor?

if you're wondering which monitors im comparing both are 19in:
its the hyundai - 300 - $339
and the acer AL1951B - 400 - $369

also im wondering what the pixel pitch referrs to and what the best spec is for it.

I've read reviews that say that manufacturer's tend to fudge on those specs... The best thing to do is to do a side by side comparison. I'd be wary of buying any monitor over the internet unless you are already very sure what you want. Try to find some reviews on them by doing a google search.

btw, pixel pitch the average distance between pixels. it's just like a newspaper picture... The more dots they use, the better it looks.

as far as the hyundai is concenred i've heard only the best. the acer i dont know anything about. os some experiences would be nice if anyone had any. also thanks for the help on the pixel pitch.
