Alec Baldwin and Tracy Morgan are complete riots on that show.

That show is hilarious. I think it should air either directly BEFORE or AFTER The Office.

 
I like the show a lot. Scrubs has gone down the toilet. Never really watched My Name is Earl.
 
It really is a great show, but I don't get how it is that anyone could find Tiny Fey hot. Talented, yes. Funny, definitely. But hot, no. She doesn't look TOO bad considering that she's such a wit, but she is no match for say, Sarah Silverman when it comes to being both talented and attractive IMO.

I think The Office and 30 Rock are the best comedies on TV today, and Heroes one of the best dramas - it's a mystery to me how NBC manages to remain in the ratings toilet.

It's because those shows aren't stupid. It's a proven fact that most of us American's like stupid stuff like reality shows about washed up has-been's pretending to train to be cops (the new CBS crap), or other washed-up has-been's in dancing contests...Even The Office was "dumbed down" for NBC.

Anything with any well-written and well-acted humor be damned. Especially shows like 30 Rock and The Office.

It's almost like people would rather have a clown jump up and down and make funny faces instead of telling a decent joke. Dont reach out for the laugh...they'd rather have the laugh jump out and grab them.

As far as Tina Fey goes...I'm more into the 'average' type ladies.
 
I love the show. And Tina Fey is geeky hot. Sarah Silverman is hot in her own way too.

Alec Baldwin ownz the show. And he wasn't even supposed to be a major star in the show. Sorta how Martin Sheen started off with sort of a "minor" role in The West Wing, then the show centered around him as the show progressed.

Remember when Alec Baldwin used to be a serious actor? Now it seems that he's the comic relief in the movies he's in.
