So far this season they've had:
Oprah
Steve Martin
Jennifer Anniston
Selma Hayak
Alan Alda

Then just in the season finale where they had Kidney Now included:
Clay Aiken
Elvis Costello
Mary J. Blige
Sheryl Crow
Mike D from the Beastie boys
Adam Horovitz from the Beastie Boys
Wyclef Jean
Norah Jones
Talib Kweli
Michael McDonald
Moby
Cyndi Lauper

It was friggin hilarious.

This show is very smart and quirky. Kenneth Parcell is one of the funniest characters out there.

I've watched the first two seasons and absolutely loved both of them. I knew I would like it though, since I like Tina Fey and, well, Alec Baldwin is the man.

Well, as a child, I had a prize pig that I thought was my best friend. But then one day I picked up one of her piglets - she went crazy! She bit off my nut sack... that I kept tied around my belt to feed squirrels. --- Kenneth Parcell

I wouldn't say that is a list of "Famous" people. With the exception of Oprah they are all pretty much "Washed up looking for their last buck" guests.

Why did this show succeed while Studio 60 failed? Was it because this show's a comedy and the other's a drama?

Aaron Sorkin is excessively preachy IMO.
