actually I believe the reason that the Zen Xtra's are dropping in price like crazy is cause creative is introducing their new model the Zen Touch. Esentially they're imitating the ipod as much as they can without looking exactly like it. They might have these problems fixed with the new model

Umm...I think the iPod actually has a 32 meg buffer, just to clarify.
