if you already signed up for the amazon card, it should be available right after you sign up to use with the 30$ coupon in your amazon.com account.

Yea, you can use the card/coupon on amazon automatically as soon as its approved. It'll be listed on your payment options when checking out ... once you get the card you can use it anywhere (of course).
