Earl, I am on my phone, but if you google "ACLU militarization of police" they have a website dedicated to this epidemic. And yes, dank, it is one. There are plenty of stats on their site about this matter. If you google "map police raids" you can see a map of botched raids, of which there are scores. The ACLU site has a far more professional argument against this, though, including the stat I gave you about less than half resulting in charges of any kind.
