Hopefully Kerry IS better and grows a spine if he is elected.
Who knows Bush may turn over a new leaf bwahahahahaha!

Kerry is obviously playing polticies right now and has shifted his stance on issues as far to the center as possible without losing some of his "identity." I believe that if he gets in office he will grow a spine as you said and take a firmer stance on many issues. I also believe he will shift more to the left on some of the more volatile issues in the U.S (abortion, gay marriage) which would please me.

Besides they are Muslims and they are not able to handle their own futures right? And need big daddy Bush to show them "The" way his Lord showed him.

How exactly is the United States responsibile for the killing in WWI and WWII? If anything, I think you can argue that our involvement saved the lives of 100's of thousands of Europeans.

And what other genocide are you referring to?

How are we doing the 3 steps he pointed out? Did anyone read or just post?

1. That 30+ includes support from muslim countries. Once again, any ideas on how you can replace our 130k troops with a similar force from other countries, i am all ears.

The reason why countries such as Germany, France, Russia, etc.. etc.. etc.. (and there's a lot of etc's included there) didn't support our action in the first place was because we were going against the U.N. and acting on our own. Nader's point was that the U.N. needs to be in charge of this, and by doing that you will bring back the support of these nations. Us acting against the will of that body doesn't make us any friends.

To all those people calling for an end of occupation: don't hold your breath.

I have no doubt the Iraqis can find a way to run their country just fine if we leave right now. But we won't leave anytime soon because our government wants to project its power in Iraq and at home.

Pullout of our forces would be political suicide for Bush and he knows it.
