Im looking at getting 3 new PS2 games, but I dont know which ones to get.


Im for sure getting GTA3: Vice City


Now I dont know what else to get its a toss up between Tekken 4, and Virtua Fighter 4. I have heard good things about both games.


Then I would be able to get a game for free, and I have no clue what game to go for.





A list of the games I already have:

FFX
GT3
Devil May Cry
MGS: 2
Nascar 2k2
Madden 2k2
Uhm, I think I have more but can't think of them right now




So what are some good games to look into?!? I heard SOCOM was cool?!?
 
Could I have some more info on these games? Oh, and Im not getting any Tony Hawk games 🙂 There lame after awhile heh. What is Ico?

Also, VF4 sucks IMO, but that's because I'm a fan of Tekken games.

Maybe check out Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit 2...I'm having alot of fun w/ that one 😀

Possibly Kingdom Hearts as well?

Kingdom Hearts, isn't that a RPG game with Disney characters? Doesn't that seem kinda lame? Childish? Dunno

Yes, that's the one. Believe me though, it's an awesome game!

Having to play with Goofy and Donald is kinda lame, but playing with Tarzan, Aladin, Beast and Jack Skellington is great!

The level design is great, and it's a fairly complex game.
 
Another vote for Kingdom Hearts.

Holywood actors doing the voices, Utada as part of the sountrack, Square doing the RPG gameplay, etc. Winner in all categories.

I would rather just get Fifa 2002 for ~$20 or less, or Fifa 2002 World Cup for ~$30. I don't think any other soccer game is worth $20-$30 more. Fifa 2003 won't be worth the cost difference either IMO.

Eh? Kingdom Hearts has been out for a while now.
Can't say never played Evolution soccer, but I highly doubt any other game is worth twice the cost of Fifa.

The buy 2, get 3rd free is also valid at Toys R' Us B&M, if you can save on shipping on want to get the games ASAP, jsut to let you know if you didn't already.
 
Also does anyone else have any opinions on Tekken 4 and Virtua Fighter 4? Ive read great things about both and I want to make sure I choose the right game...
 
Dammit...I'm stuck on Tekken 4 & Kingdom Hearts...I dunno wtf else to go for..

Contra....Onimusha 2...NBA Live 2003...Tony Hawk 4(IGN says it breathes life into the series so I'm considering it even though I got sick of Hawk3)....I'm gonna read up on Suikoden III now...
