I just received a new computer at work and have configured and imported my Outlook messages.

Problem 1 -

I'm noticing now that when I receive a new message that is long or has a long thread history, I cannot see the entire message history unless I hit reply or forward. Is there a setting in Outlook that cuts off the message?

Problem 2 -

If the email has an attachment, I cannot view it unless I reply or forward the message. I used to have an Attachment section on the email that I could double click on. It doesnt even show that there is an attachment under the paperclip icon when I look at my email list.

Problem 3 -

I used to have an 'attach' bar on my new emails and replies. Now I cannot find the preference to add this back to my list. I only have 'From, To, CC, Bcc and Subject'.

Good question. It shows Outlook 2002 (10.2627.2625). There is nothing saying anything about SP.

It is the RELEASE version.

SP3 corrects alot of issues so you might want to inquire with your IT dept.
