3 pin to 4 pin PWM converter?

I got a Zalman CNPS8700 LED that I just remounted to a new motherboard, but the motherboard only support PWM, so my fan runs at full speed unless I use a manual voltage adjuster.

I found this converter for 3 pin to 4 pin PWM, but it seems the company has went out of business. Does someone else make one like it?

Is there a fan that I can get to replace the one on the heat sink that support 4 pin PWM?

you can get a rheosmart and you could have the pwm on the motherboard control all fans. there are 2 versions 5 1/4 bay and 3 1/5 bay, 6 and 3 outputs.
