Thanks, OP. It took forever to get the software to install but once it did (and I allowed the script to run) everything worked fine.

thanks maybe this will be what finally cures my type 2 diabetes then i'll be able to see well enough to use the computer more again.

"Coupon printer for Windows" I think that's so you can only print out one (or 2) coupons.
 
I am leery of anyone that lies to entice you to install their software. They claim it is necessary to print out a barcode. I regularly print barcodes with no extra software that are readable at several different stores (Staples, Officemax, Harbor Freight, etc.).
