Yes, the Field Commanders obviously need to do a better job in preventing further casualties but this is still the aftermath of War, get over it.

They won't stop. As long as they think propping up the corpses of American heroes will gradually erode support for the war, and hence GW Bush, they'll continue to do it with clockwork regularity...just like the Saddam regime did, ironically.

Those are quite strong convictions you have, you sound like a bitter person. I myself don't like to be reminded how many of our friends and family are dying to this half-assed war, but if I felt as strongly against it as you, I would simply not visit these threads anymore.
