Anybody here done the EAS Body for life challenge? Eat right and use their exercise program for three months. Just curious. I am trying to motivate myself and find a good program. Anybody have any good suggestions? Thanks

My wife picked up that book over the weekend. It seems to be based on diet change and exercise. I am sure this guy is making a mint off his drink mixes. I cant fault him for that, lots of good stuff in the book.

With all this talk about 6-packs being genetic. How the hell do those flabby guys on body 4 life get those MASSIVE 6 packs?

<edit> and can somebody summarise what body 4 life is about and what exactly you do? way to much reading to do there.

Well, I don't know about 3 months....

I'm just now really starting to get in the best shape of my life, but it has taken quite a while. I had my last baby 2 years ago, so I was starting with a 'handicap' so to speak.

It take discipline, determination, and TIME.

Best of luck to you~

yes start one of those programs and follow it STRICTLY, trust me, 3 months is nothing. I can remember 3 months ago saying hey i'll be able to bench 250 in 3 months, and i'm there now, and it's like what else have i done in that 3 months? Gone to work and the gym? I mean it passes no problem, plus if you follow those plans you'll notice everything get muscular and toned down.

You can get into great shape in 3 months. You'll need about 2 hours every single day but there is absolutely no way that 3 monts is not enough time. As long as you are fairly young, you should be able to break the 6 minute mile mark in less than 2 months and have a respectable physique in 6 weeks. A hard working beginner can increase bench press strength (maximum press strength) about 15 lbs per week for the first few weeks and 10 lbs per week for the next few after that then stay at a 5 lbs per week steady rate. In a 12 week period you should gain at least 75 lbs on your bench press, be able to run a 5:45e mile, have a good body fat percentage, and have all the ladies wanting your number. This of course takes a lot of SERIOUS training and dieting.
