The price of MLB.TV if you sign up through the mlb.com website is $14.95/mo., or $79.95 for the entire 2004 MLB season. If you want everything the MLB offers online (MLB.TV, Gameday Audio, plus highlights / old stuff / etc.) you can get MLB All Access, which is $19.95/mo. or $99.95 for 2004 season.

However, Microsoft has just made a deal with MLB.TV, and the MLB All Access pacakge is now included with MSN Premium service. So there are two ways to get all the MLB products for free!

1. If you have broadband internet access, you *may* have MSN Premium included with your service. For instance, Verizon DSL includes MSN Premium:

2. Sign up for MSN Premium, and the first three months are free. After that it costs $9.95/mo. Note that MSN Premium service does *not* include internet access.

I was just going to post this. Very hot if you like baseball. Beats MLB Extra Innings (via digital cable, about 160) and, as described above, beats subscribing directly through MLB.com. This includes MLB.TV and Gameday Audio (btw, you can access these from any computer w/internet access. need high speed for video though). Includes archives of many classic games/moments as well.

Man O Man, this KICKS ASS!!!!

I've had Verizon DSL for nearly a year now and this is the 1st time I heard about the MSN Premium=Free MLB All Access pass. Last September/October I was buying individual games from MLB.com for $1 each. But now this is cool as I can watch Red Sox games that aren't on local broadcast. I don't have cable so this is sweet.

When did this 'deal' happen?

don't know when it started - but (as an out of market red sox fan myself) was going to buy all access for 100 bucks when i saw this offer at mlb.com. Heck, i was even willing to pay the ridiclous amount for extra innings through comcast - gotta watch the sox. :beer:

Well I got an e-mail about it on the 23th on my passport account email but I never really checked that out until I saw the notice on these forums. This is a nice offer though. I like it
