3 monitors, one card, no Display port = possible?

I apologize in advance if this has been covered, but I could not find it here.

I want to have three monitors, all 1920x1080 displays. These are for business applications, so I won't be running any video games and don't need anything even remotely high end.

Optimally, I'd like to have a single card, but am willing to get two cards if need be.

One of the outputs need to be analog as I'll be hooking up one display to an analog vga KVM switch for connecting other PCs from time to time.

I found this card at Newegg that looks perfect, but cannot find anywhere if I can use all three outputs at the same time. If I can't, can I get two video cards; I'll be getting this board.

Thanks so much for your advice!

Unless it's a triple-head Matrox card or a dual GPU card like the GTX 295, it won't have three+ RAMDACs to drive that many displays at once off DVI, HDMI, or VGA.

There are specialized video cards with more RAMDACs, but it would be cheaper to just buy two matching low-end cards.

Why two? Did I miss something? 😕

Original request specifies no display port. Triple monitor support on the 5X00 series requires using the display port with either a native display port monitor or a dongle which seems to be hit and miss.

Cheaper for him to get two boards and avoid the display port.

EDIT TO ADD : Did not know about the cheap adapter specified above....

Oh I see, didn't properly read the title. Thanks for clarification!
Ualdayan: Isn't that adapter limited to a certain resolution? Up to 1080p? Might be wrong.

You could get this for $45:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814131345

It says it supports Eyefinity and has 1 DVI, 1 VGA, and 1 Displayport.

Then get a Displayport to VGA adapter for $20 from Monoprice: http://www.monoprice.com/products/p...=10428&cs_id=1042801&p_id=5135&seq=1&format=2

It has to be the DP to VGA one, not the DP to DVI or DP to HDMI adapters. I'm using that adapter successfully on a 5870 to power 3 displays.

Why not a powered DP to DVI? Wouldn't that net him a better picture?
