3 Monitor setup

So I have a 580 GTX Classified and if you know it only has 2 DVI ports. I have my 2 monitors hooked to it and my TV hooked to my intel gpu on my 2500k. Everytime I drag content over to the TV it somehow enlarges. My TV is set to 1080p for sure but as im dragging it and it gets over to the TV it enlarges to fit the TV. Is there a setting to disable that?

Well, if your TV and monitors are all 1080p, but the TV is physically bigger, then yes the windows on the TV will be physically bigger as well. This is because the TV has the same number of pixels over a larger area, so therefore the pixels must be bigger.

No no no. When I drag it over to the TV the windows literally get bigger. As I am dragging it you see the size increase. Like one second my utorrent takes up a small portion of my screen then on my TV it takes up the whole thing. I know pixel density. It seems like windows 8.1 has TV settings or something but I cannot find anything about it. It's like its resizing my windows so people can read it from far away or something.

Can you resize the window back down to its original (logical) size? What is the proportion between the fonts and the drawn elements (progress bar, health bars, etc.) if you do so?
