3 loooong beeps on bootup...

I'm using some generic matx s370 board w/ onboard video. I've tried two different p3 cpu's. I get the same 3 beeps every time I boot. Also, I've tried 2 diff hsf's w/ arctic silver. Theres does not appear to be any signal going to the 2nd input on my monitor, meaning the yellow light does not turn green.
 
3 long beeps means something isnt seeded right. Check all your cards and make sure they are in tight. Remove them and put them back if necessary. Could be memory unseeded as well, but if youre getting no signal to your monitor, my first bet would be the video card is unseeded. Try that.
