If it's their parent's fault, then it must not be their parent's fault but the fault of their parent's parents whose fault it actually isn't because again, it's their parent's fault. Going all the way up the stack, it's ultimately nature's fault, although nature wouldn't consider it a fault but a trait.

Like it or not as a parent your kids are your responsibility until they reach the age of majority. Kid does the crime, parent should do the time.

What we have now is parent's know that should Little Johnny put 6 into a kid at school, worst thing that happens usually is he goes to juvie/boot camp and they get a slap on the wrist. Then they can brag what a badass kid they have.

Vid Link of the girl explaining what happened and the dad of one of the accussed.

Quote from girl:
I felt very mad what they did to me and I wish they didn't do it to me"

The dad said that his boy which is one of the accussed is two feet shorter than the girl and has a broken wrist.

Updated Story here

The girl's mother told WGCL, "They do need to be taught a lesson because if they do it to her, they could do it to somebody else. And who knows when they become teenagers what they can do to other girls

I'm doubting more and more this happened. She claims to have been raped on a thr and reported it on "Sat". That basically means there is no evidence left. It's her word against the boys words and the law is sided with women in the instance of rape.

I don't doubt something like "you show me yours and I'll show you mine" may have occured and then the mom of the girl found out and reported it as rape....

"Word had got back to her parents what she did and she changed her story around and said she was raped," said Brandon LeBlanc. "That's when they took her to the hospital and get rape kit and that's why they interrogating all these boys on these charges."

This quote from the WSB article is not clear to me. What was the story originally?

I have a hard time believing rape. Probably *something* happened, but probably not actual rape.

I believe this also. Also, I'd believe that an 11 year old would be more "interested" in the opposite sex than the younger crowd. I bet she led them on.

If I were the kids, I would have cried sexual abuse. Too bad they are too young to realize that they could have f-cked that girl over first.

the broken wrist can be used as proof he had to look outside himself for assistance.

He said his son is a third grader at a local Baptist school who loves the Atlanta Falcons and is a batboy for his church's softball league.

That says it all right there.

Actually, after looking at the video, I saw that the girl was white. Assuming that the kids were the opposite of white, I'd say the boys are guilty.

I hope justice is done.

WTF. I don't think I even knew what sex was at that age. Let alone how to carry it out.

Still, this is isolated. From what I know, sh!t like this (and worse) happens in Africa many times daily. This is not the first or the last time this has/will happen(ed). But if it isn't the parents' fault, whose is it?

*Leaves thread*

While the mom looked white, I am not sure about the daughter...not that it matters though.
