YL D12SL-12 120mm

Basically the same as the Nexus 120mm fans, but they spin at a higher nominal speed at 12V.

EDIT: the [l ] tags make no sense. Should be modeled after <a href>

EDIT2: Not as hot. Used to be $2.99. Still a great deal.

Now I wish I had waited. I overpaid for these at 7.95 a pop at Coolerguys back in April 5th. I would jump on these, if only I had more cases to put fans in. Thanks OP. They seem to be silent enough; I can't hear these over the fan in Seasonic S12. This is my experience without any fan controller. Also, it has the 3-pin and the molexes just like in the picture.

$6.13 shipping to MN though, for a total of $9.12. Still not bad IF this is a quality fan.

These could be better at stock speed than Nexus for exhaust fans.

I just use Nexus for intake fans in my 2 cases for balance and to cool the hard drive cage, since they're a bit low in airflow to use as exhaust fans in a performance system IMHO.

I'd only use a Nexus for exhaust in a low-heat system without a gaming video card or medium/high-end CPU. They could be perfect for a 35watt AM2 or low-speed Conroe though.

Great fans for that price. If you think they're too loud @12V, put them on a fan controller. I've got 4 in my P180. Can't hear them over the loud dfi NB fan.

Nice post.

Wow, $15.85 for orange and $6.95 for black at CoolerGuysfor the Nexus 120's!

I've read that these Nexus fans are rebranded Yate Loons but with less top end.

Are these RPM sensing?

Thanks

Great deal OP. I've got four of these in my pc at 1000rpm and the loudest thing is my nb fan.

Freaking eh. Gotta be kidding me. I just ordered 2 of these for a total of $17 a couple days ago. Why does this always happen right when you order something?
