3/4 mem dividers on p4b533-V above 132fsb

its true!!! with a bios flash of the new 1004.014 beta bios u can get 3/4 mem dividers!!! u have to get it at the asus euro or taiwan ftp. usa ftp doesnt have it. this is great!!!

it works, i already tested it. u will notice that the divider is replaced with the frequency of the DDR speed. this is what every p4b533-V owner has been waiting for!

im not sure about the VM but i can confirm that there is a 3/4 divider in the 1004.014 beta bios for the p4b533-V. u can get 3:4 mem dividers on the VM with the hack right? the only board that couldnt do it was the V mobo.

Yes, I have tested it (Beta Bios 1004.014), it works and is stable (prime95 and Sandra burn-in simultaneously for 8 hours).

My 1.8A on the P4B533-V is now running at FSB=143 (2.57GHz, 1.65v, 55 C under load, standard cooling) with the memory at 3:4 (190MHz, 2.65v, 2.5-3-3-6, Turbo).

CL2 still doesn't work, but at that memory speed I am happy. I will only get higher with a 2.26B CPU chip.

My opinion of this board has now changed to positive!
