+3.3V Undervolt?

I just installed an Audigy 2ZS Plantinum and now Windbond Hardware Doctor is telling me I have an undervolt on +3.3V its at 3.12 and the low limit is 3.10.

Machine seems to run fine.

Is my PSU being taxed too much?
 
Well, I thought that this might be a common problem that wouldn't depend on specific hardware...

I don't have a multimeter. But this happened right after I installed the Audigy which seems to suck a lot of power.

I really don't want to have to buy another PSU now. Things are running steady at 3.10-3.12.
 
That no name PSU could be marginal for that PC. 300 watts is usually rated at 25C. At 40C, that PSU may only put out 200 watts or less. 3.10V is on the low side of spec.
 
Both of those are pretty much the same - the modstream just has plug in cables
one is 28/40/33 amps
the modstream is
28/45/26

so the reg 520 has better 12V

If you dont want to spend all that you can buy the tagan 480 for $78 +

You might want to try speedfan or mobomonitor to get a second opinion on voltages
