3.3v out of threshold, power supply issue?

I am using an Antec TruePower 430 and every time I run Asus probe it reports that my 3.3v is out of threshold with a reading of ~2.9. Recently I have been having periodic lockups (10-20 seconds, sometimes longer) when playing any video game and am interested to know if my power supply needs to be replaced or if another component in my computer could be causing the problem.

I have:

Athlon XP 2400+
Asus A7V8X mobo
512 PC3200 and 512 PC2700 (my comp seems to have no problems with this)
Geforce Ti4600 w/ 128 @ 4x
1 WD 120 gig drive
1 WD 80 gig drive
Soundblaster Live 5.1
Sony DVD rom
MSI cd burner

Check the voltage in the bios for a more accurate read, or with a multimeter. Put the positive on the orange wire on the 20 pin connector and the negative on any black wire. If that shows it that far off of 3.3, then you likely have a bad power supply. I just recently replaced an Antec Truepower 380 for almost the same issue.

I checked the voltage in bios and it was a little higher for 3.3v at 2.97. This is still out of threshold so maybe it is time to take another look at that Enermax noisetaker but then I might not be able to justify the purchase of that 6800 GT. I don't understand, I had no problems using this power supply for over a year and it suddenly goes bad, why?

Exact thing happened to me man. I had the silent model that came with the Sonata for 8 months or so. Then one day the hard drive wouldn't spin up right anymore. After checking everything else I found I was only getting 4.5v on the 5v rail. I replaced it with a Tt 410w and havent had a problem since.
