3.3ns GF3 vs. Standard GF3

I am being offered both a standard visiontek GeForce3 card and a new 3.3ns GeForce3 Ti200 card. Both are being sold to me at same price, but which is better to purchase? What are the pros/cons of this decision? Please advise, thanks!
 
If the Ti200 is the eVGA one most people are gonna say the regular
GF3. The mem is wasted because the board cant handle the speed
the ram can theoretically run at (600mhz). But its the luck of the draw
on overclocking. If your not gonna overclock get the normal GF3
