3.3 v +5v combined power ??!!!!

well for a p4 Northwood 1.8 o/c to 2.7 on an MSI 645 ultra ver:1
256 mb ddr333 pc2700 corsair cl2 o/c
Geforce 4 Ti 4400
hp cd writer 9100 series 32X 8X 4X
Asus 52 x cd rom
40 gb westerndigital 7200 rpm

what should be the minimum combined power of the 3.3v +5 v ??? is 185 watt as a minimum enough to get a stable system from the previous configuration ??? give me ur recommendations .
