Oh and I think I can get a ton of cookies, my cousin works at nabisco and always brings home several boxes of oreos and chips ahoy.

Ah, at that place in Norwalk w/the 50's-era signage just off (and visible from) the 5? Sweet---literally! 😀

Sure couldn't hurt to bring those posters either. I have some shareware disks I can bring as prizes, too... oh you all KNOW you can't get enough of Jetpack, Methane... er Solar Winds, or Paganitzu! 😛

I'm now pondering whether to bring a (female) friend of mine who lives in Baldwin Hills. She doesn't belong to any message boards AFAIK so she doesn't use the net much except to check her e-mail---which she does OFTEN. She's also more the fitness junkie/athletic type in general (ran in 3 of the past 4 marathons I believe) but does admit to having a geeky/nerdy-sorta side, too. She doesn't shy away from talking about any subjects and will gladly reveal a bit about herself to everybody---guess she's a "contra-wallflower." Also carries a bit of attitude (you'd hear a lot of variations on "who's da man?" word- and gesture-wise), so she'd be a hit at Monopoly; but that's the thing. Don't know if board games and this sort of ATOT-oriented meet would be her thing. I could always just ask her...

which I guess I'll do over the weekend at our Physics study session. 🙂
 
yeah, like what other people have said, pencil me in under the next time column. sounds like fun, but board games dont really appeal to me, and i also have to make more of a dent on these forums so if i show up i wont be some noob and everyone will be like, who are you? 😀 sounds like a good time though. cant wait to hear the stories/see the pics.

btw, san diego resident, but l.a. is a hop skip and a jump. 35 min-1 hr. drive, tops. have fun everyone!

Sadly I won't be able to come.
I have a meeting that starts at 8PM and afterwards I HOPE to see my GF (who never has time for me).

I've purchase drinks and chips and dip.... so thats all taken care of

I have 8 2Lt Bottles,
3 Different kinds of chips, plus Cheetos
And 4 kinds of dip.

I must be crazy.

I'll be inviting 3 or 4 friends and a few ATOT members are bringing a friend/girlfriend, so the apartment will be PACKED... please don't forget your board games and goodies, see everyone tomorrow...

If you have any ideas on how we should start/organize ourselves (20+ people expected!), that'd be great. 🙂 I have a few rough ideas, but any and all suggestions are welcome...
