Compgeeks has the Mustek MDC3000 for $199. It has a useless 2x digital zoom.


The internals are made by Sony, has a actual 2MP CCD, however the third MP is hardware interpolated on the camera. Does short video clips too. Uses standard AA batteries so getting rechargeable NIMHs are no problem. Built in USB interface.

I wanted to know if anyone has this cam. At $200 it's pretty good and the fact that it uses a Sony CCD is nice.
