3.12v on the 3.3v rail

ok, i was playing the BF2 demo, and in the middle of play, MBM5 took me to the desktop with a warning about my 3.3v being at 3.12v i have it set for a warning if it goes past +/-5%
it usually stays at 3.17v is this a serious issue?

I wouldn't think so... if it's NORMALLY at 3.17V, then it's only like a 1.6% change in the rails to get to 3.12V.

If the message doesn't repeat itself, it could have been just a 'hiccup' or something. Plenty of things to cause that... maybe a bug flew into your PSU, or something, and got fried.

The reading are not always accurate, even coming from the BIOS. Unless you're having stability problems, I wouldn't worry about it.

Unless the voltage was measured with a meter (even then it's still probably close enough), then don't worry about it. The software readings are notoriously inaccurate.
