You have to be in it to lose it. I'd rather just call it draw, and stay out.

You know how to make money at the lottery? Pick up scratch offs from the ground. I've gotten about $30 altogether, and that's at normal places. If you go where the crackheads hang out, the percentage of winners goes up. They're either too fucked up, or too illiterate/innumerate to realize they have a winner, and they toss the ticket.
