I read the recent article on ths site about the introduction of a program that allows you to take advantage of the sata II features of your hard drive. What do I need in order to do this?
 
my hitachi 80 gig drives are sata2s . you have to download the speed spectrum utility to enable the advantage of over 300/mbs a second. the drives are about 60.00 bucks at piece at newegg and directron.
