Bragging rights anyone ?

This is the lowest price I could find per unit on each of these. Downside is you have to buy two.

Anyway, add two to your cart, auto 25% off flash memory, use the 90 off 750 coupon code thats out there.

Bingo, 509.99 shipped + Tax from Dell home.

Not exactly hot, but good for bragging rights and/or creating a USB flash drive for a bootable OS.

Geez, I don't think I could have a use for a two 4GB flash drives, let alone one 1GB.

Unless you're like me and you want to boot your OS from a flash drive 😀

Wouldn't the transfer speeds be a bit slow for that?

Unfortunately I am broke or I'd snap these up, you can never have too much easily portable storage..

At these prices, why not just buy a hard drive mp3 player w/ USB-mass-storage drivers? The freeness with which you handle these things is sort of diminished when they're so expensive that losing them would be painful.

My 256 cruzer lost its keychain-load-bearing plastic bridge and, without its keys to keep it company, succumbed to being forgotten in a public library. After trying another one, I found that Gmail was equal in ubiquity and much more secure than a keychain.

Actually no.. with a faster flash drive (7-15mb/s), boot-up will probably be faster than a hard drive since there is almost zero seek time.
