2nd Gen 8 GB iPod Nano getting full

Title/Summary pretty much says it all. I have about 700 MB left on my 8 GB iPod Nano and I'm looking into something bigger. I'm wondering if I should go for the 16 GB 4th gen Nano, which I like... or if I should wait for a 5th gen Nano that might have better features and come in larger sizes.

The only new feature I've heard rumors about for the 5th gen Nano, is a camera. Do you really need a camera on your iPod?

I would wait until the conference in a couple weeks when there likely will be a fifth gen. Will it be a massive improvement, likely not. Will you get more features for you money? Most definitely.
