2nd core slower on Intel Pentium D?

Their motherboards are probably unable to disable the EIST on the second core (BIOS issue perhaps). I'm sure if they run the core at load, it will return to the default multiplier.

Some of the people over there are idiots.
One guy has put full load on core 2 (such as using SuperPi) and yet people are STILL telling him that if he puts full load on the second CPU, it'll go up to full speed.

Hopefully Anand can have some input on this and maybe contact Intel to find out WTF is going on.
