Just so you know, even tho they proclaim that their products do not contain MSG, they use some replacements that contain pretty much the same chemicals. Also, it had never been scientifically proven that MSG is harmful to your health.

For those in California, this place along the way to Mammoth has some of the best damn jerky I've ever had. Their cowboy style jerky is awesome. It's like having a steak. I prefer to stay away from the MSG since that seems to make me more thirsty than regular salt.
