2k Installation problem

When attempting to install 2k from dos using the winnt method every time I try with a formatted/unformmated/fat32/nfts I get the same error that there is no space for a swap file.. im currently running xp and cant stand it thanks

do you have smartdrv loaded when you run winnt.exe?

Not that I know of.. im using a basic bootdisk... well cd... no floppy here... that allow support for nfts and i didnt see an option for that

Why not boot off the CD and see if you have better results?

For some reason I can't boot off the CD the system just hangs kinda but anyother bootable cd i have seems to work
