First of all yes lifetime warranties do matter to me. If something goes wrong with the memory you don't have to mess with the receipt since warranty is lifetime. This is why lifetime is a big deal for me. Whats wierd eventhough their site says this sd card has a 5 year warranty the packaging when i got the SD card says it has a lifetime. I got the card yesterday and it worked fine in my Nikon D50 dSLR.
 
🙂 Mine says lifetime warranty too. FWIW I formatted it as FAT in a PC before ever sticking it in my Treo 650 since that's what a lot of people seem to recommend, but when I did put it in the Treo it asked if I wanted to format it. I said no and checked the card and the capacity was listed as unknown. So I removed and reinserted the card and let the Treo format it - it formatted very quickly and came back with the full capacity recognized. I haven't had a chance to actually put anything on it yet but soon...
