Hello, I bought 2x1 ocz patriot (they havent still arrived) and I dont know what would be better, to keep the 2x512 OCZ GOLD EL DDR400 or to sell it..
would ir realice a real difference while playing in vista or in xp?

Hum...the matter is that I dont want to spand more money on this pc...I willl keep it until the end of its days..that's way I would like to know if with THIS system i would notice a difference.
 
Definitely stick with 3GB of ram.

Vista loves memory, and games and apps are starting to use more and more ram.

You can't go wrong keeping it.

 
I see...but would I realice a real difference between 2 and 3 gbs now and in a few years? I aske, cause if I sell the memories the new will cost "free"! jeje
 
I don't think you'd get that much for DDR memory. I would keep it instead of dealing with the hassle of selling it. Also, as others said... Vista loves ram, and It''ll help you out now, and later when DDR prices will most likely be a good bit higher than they are now.
