2D image quality

Somebody please rank these video cards in order of 2D image quality (running at 1600x1200 or higher):

Radeon
GeForce2
GeForce3
Matrox
Kyro2
TNT2 - (for a baseline, cause that's what I have)

BTW, I'm running my TNT2 on a Samsung 955DF @ 1600x1200, and that's the setting I'll run my new card at.

If at all possible, I'd like to know the amount of the difference in quality (ie, the Matrox is much, much better than the GeForce2, but only slightly better than a GeForce3). I realize this is subjective, but I'd appreciate your input if you've tried more than one of these video cards at 1600x1200 or higher.

That's how I'd put them, but I've never used them all. I'm basing that on what I'v read in various forums and reviews. Matrox is best for business, Radeon is best for gaming/business, GF3....yeah 😉, and the rest are pretty much based for gaming.

As you have stated, "visual quality" is a user-by-user opinion and can't be written in pure slate, so you will definitly get some opposing answers here.
 
Well, Radeon, as I've heard from multiple sources including this, which is a whole guide to 2D performance, is one of the best in 2D

GeForce2 is ranked at the very bottom (even though it isn't awful) it's still ranked the lowest...
