2D graphics card.

be more specific. what will u use that card for? decent 2d meaning surfing and wordprocessing and no intense games? or decent 2d graphics mean no 3d games but great 2d image on photoshop, CAD?
depends on what u mean by decent. bascially if u are just gonna type and surf the web, any cheap pci card will do u good.
 
If you don't care about 3d, get a G400 or G450, G400s run at about 110 for a Dual Head on the For Sale forums sometimes.
