2cooltek Panaflo Question

I just went over to 2cooltek to take a look at the panaflos he has in stock. I took a look at a picture of it, and I saw something strange. It has some red connectors on it, and it states that this is for a 4pin molex connection. The two molex connectors seem to be connected to each other, so how do I plug this thing to my system?

All fans have two wires. The red one is 12v and the black on is ground. The first molex connects to the PSU and the second is a pass-thru for another device (reason for the 4 wires).
 
Thanks. After looking at the pic for another few minutes, I realized he just connected the two molex connectors together for the pic 😉. Had me going there for awhile heh.
