Just quoting the guy from comments: the bits where she's on the ground wailing, she's just wailing - she isn't actually articulating anything. The ticket agent is asking her to calm down & that he will arrange anther flight for her. When she's vertical, she saying things like "How could you shut the gate to us?and "How can you let the last two people in front of us on but you won't let us on? How can you be so stupid?"
