I have a MSI K7T Pro that only supports up to 1GHz (200FSB), at that time there's no 266 FSB so i was wondering if i can put a 1.1GHz 266FSB cpu in?

yeah you can put a 266 in, but you will have to overclock it or take a big performance hit

example:
1ghz(200) is 100mhzx10=1ghz
1ghz(266) is 133mhzx7.5x=1ghz
if you throw a 1ghz(266) in a 100mhz board it will run at 7.5x or 750mhz
if you unlock it and overclock it at 10x then its back to 1ghz :)

i dont know much about your mobo, but i think it has multiplier adjuster that can override what the chip says as long as its unlocked (L1 bridged) connected
