2600k Heatsink confirmation

I've been thinking about buying a 212+ for my 2600K but I'm not sure if it's necessary considering that I only plan to run a 4.4GHz OC. I guess what I really want is for someone with a 212+ to do a back-to-back comparison with the stock HSF to see if there is any point in upgrading.

Any takers?

I bought the 212 on BF for $15 AR.

I figure for $15 I'll get lower temps (a little) and $15 is almost peanuts.

lower noise, lower temps, higher overclocking and less stress on the cpu. its silly to try and do a high oc on the stock heatsink.

Heh, it's worth that much even for just a better looking piece of metal in the case.
