I always assumed they were all fake. Without a model release, you can get sued.

You can get sued either way, but if the person was agreeing to pose at the time it becomes fair game of the person having the pictures. Paris Hilton sued the hell of the sex tape thing, but lost because she was smiling and correcting the shot (still didn't help). The judge ruled at the time (correct me if I'm wrong here as it's been a long time and it's not something I cared that much about) that as she was part of it they were legal.

the pics from the texas website are easily viewable even with it being "down"
step one: go to google search
step two: switch to google image search
step three: click on advanced search
step four: keep all fields blank except for the domain field. Enter the name of the website. You all know what it is by now.
step five: click search. every image from the website shows up in this circumstance. Say hello to Holly Toups and all the other Texas girls.

I don't know what happened with the first company that put it on the internet. But she signed a release for the DVD version. None of the major adult companies are going to put out a sex tape without a contract.
