Please, people, just go to the store and special order it. Take a printout of the webpage. Don't take no for an answer. As I said in the other thread about this stuff, I called a CC.com CSR and SHE told me to special order.
I have two sticks on their way as we speak, and I didn't have to do this stupid "jump before they go" crap.

The deal @ Best Buy was a one-time only thing. The memory was marked no reorder in their computer system.

Actually, that's not quite correct... they got the crucial memory (it was $35 for 256 meg ddr 2100 for a week advertised back in december) back in and are selling it at $90 now on the bestbuy website. They just wanted to say that to get rid of you and so you couldn't get that price Some people who had it in thier shopping cart at the bestbuy website at $35 were actually able to put the order through apparently. I tried it, but they disappeared from my shopping cart... when I hit bestbuy it showed some items in my card at the top of the web page, then when I hit the shopping cart button they were gone. Must be a cookie that was set to expire after a few days or something. Oh well.
