you can get 4 (four) 256meg sticks from dell.com shipped for $64 right now. PC133 made by micron. there was a thread about it earlier today.

memory prices will drop even more after a few inflation, happens all the time. since 64 and 128 are phasing out real fast, 256 will be like 10 bucks, 512 like 20 bucks sometime in the near future. so what the use of stocking up on it? taking a chance here, done that in the past, big mistake. a week ago I got 4 sticks of 256 from crucial for 104, today i saw the deal for 4 stick of 256megs at dell for 63.85, bought that too hopefully they will honor if not oh well it no big deal
