250W or 300W Power Supply

I wish I had ordered a 300Watt PS with my case but I didn't.

What is the threshold for determining that you NEED a 300W PS. What will the warning signs be that you need a 300W PS?

I am currently running:
Enlight 7237 w/ 250W
PIII 700 @ 933 to 1000
YSTech Fan on Alpha HS
One stock cooling fan in the front of the case
CDROM
CDRW
IDE HD

I just purchased a Leadman LP6100D 400watt power supply from Computergeeks.com. They have it for $61 plus $6 shipping. Not bad. The cheapest on the net I could find was over $100. Appears to be a pretty solid unit. Why take chances, get 400 and have some overkill. In a few years, we will probably need 400 anyways!
