2500K Intel cooler on G620

I have my leftover Intel CPU cooler from my 2500K, I'm planning on getting a G620 for my HTPC build... is the stock 2500K cooler bigger/better than the cooler included with the G620? I can't find any specs on it. Rather than get an aftermarket cooler (and risk clearance issues with RAM and whatnot) I'm hoping the 2500K cooler will work and provide better cooling with less noise.

I don't know. I assume that they would put a different cooler

Yes and no. I'm not exactly sure for the G620, but I have a Celeron G530 and a Core i5 2400. The coolers are the same height with the same fan, but the Core i5 2400 cooler has the same copper core up the middle we're used to seeing with Intel's older stock coolers. The Celeron G530 is straight up a solid piece of aluminum. There is no copper core, just the aluminum in direct contact with the CPU. So I would expect the Core i5 cooler to be marginally better, but not noticeable with the thermals of the Pentium/Celeron.
