I am about to receive NF-7-S with 2500+ Mobile. I recently got one stick of 512M 3200 RAM (Corsair Value, got it on sale for 60$). I am not sure if I need to put RAM in pairs? I believe that new RAM is already "doubled" so for this mobo/CPU I do not have to get another stick for optimal speed.
I am a bit confused because there are double sticks being sold, but maybe this is for Intel 800FSB?
I am planning to get another one eventually, but I'd like to delay it until prices come down a bit or if I can find one a great price.

no, dual channel is different from DDR. And dual channel (which you need two sticks for) provides minimal performance benefits for AMD systems.
