My first one was also DOA. Took it to the local B & M and got a new one that seems to work just fine...

I am having a problem with Staples on the rebates . Both of the rebates required the UPC. At time of purchase the Staples CSR said a copy (with a note that the original UPV was used for the other rebate) would be acceptable. I just got a white card from the "Invalid Department" at Staples Rebates (a contractor) asking for the original instead of the copy . I replied with an explaination and sent them another copy. I have a feeling I am going to get beat out of one of the two rebates. Any suggestions ? - Thanks
