I try to avoid it if i can though.
I'm trying to eat as healthy as I can. McDonaolds is kinda counter-productive to that measure

Grocery stores... cook your own... healthier, cheaper, more satisfying.

Grocery stores here close at 1AM.
I'm underweight, fast food is healthy for me.
I hate cooking too, it takes me 2-3 hours to prepare a dish, and 1 hr to clean up.
The dish probably lasts me 2-3 meals since my siblings will feast on it.
I end up not really saving any money.

Grilled chicken sandwiches aren't any less healthy than your average subway sandwich.
Plus deli meats aren't an efficient source of protein compared to a nice piece of chicken breast.
